The licence entitles the purchaser to use the Timetables product (Cestovné poriadky) on a certain platform during the period of validity of current timetables (from Sunday of the second week of December until Saturday of the second week of December in following year). The licence entitles the purchaser to use the product on a single device. For a network version, the purchaser is entitled to use the product in a single network without limitation of the number of devices in the network. The licence does not allow the purchaser to use the product for commercial purposes and exposing the intranet version to publicly accessible servers. The products are provided with no warranty for any damage to the purchaser related to the product usage.
Important Notice
The company INPROP, s.r.o., ID 31609066, registered in Žilina, Rosinská cesta 12 warns that all data related to the Timetables product are their property and are intended exclusively for the owners of the license of the relevant product. Any unauthorized use of the data establishes criminal liability under § 283 of the Criminal Code law. 300/2005 Z.z.
